Our objective has always been to formulate skin, hair and body care products of the finest quality; we investigate widely to source plant-based and laboratory-made ingredients, and use only those with a proven record of safety and efficacy.

Order below £50 at cost of £5
Orders above £50: free shipping costs.
Express next business day if ordered before 12pm
Orders below £120 at a cost of £8
Orders £120 and above are free.
*The above shippings costs are for shipping within the United Kingdom and excludes international shipping. For international shipping, please see costs at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?
Orders placed on the FIJl website can only be delivered internationally. If you wish to have your order shipped to someone living in another country besides the United Kingdom, please select the country you wish to ship to at checkout.
Note that prices will be displayed in the destination's currency. If you cannot find your preferred destination, then regrettably we do not ship to that country at this time.
How can I track my parcel?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has been dispatched, accompanied by a link to the appropriate tracking page.
What Should I do if I haven't received my order?
While we aim to ensure that all orders are delivered within our communicated timeframes, external factors may impact your delivery.
Shipping timeframes are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday, or the weekend, will be processed the following business day. Business days include Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Further processing delays may occur over peak periods.

What is your returns policy?
